We offer Full care board for horses of all disciplines and offer additional a la carte services. The rates listed below includes full use of the farm’s facilities.

The stable at Willow Oak is a six stall barn with neatly maintained 13x11 matted stalls. The stalls are cleaned once a day and kept fresh with plenty of shavings and fresh water. There are eight separate grass paddocks to support the six stalls. We also have large open fields surrounding the barn that provide us with our hay supply. This also gives a large open space to ride in the winter months. In the barn you will also find a nice large wash stall with hot/cold water. See the facility page for more information.

We help to keep your horse safe by requiring standard vaccinations, worming & negative coggins.

Full care board is $350/month and includes:

• Feed-one of the following (see below for other options)
  • Signature Horse Feed 10% Sweet Feed
  • Signature Horse Feed 12% Sweet Feed
  • Signature Horse Feed 11% Pellet
• Hay
• A clean matted stall with shavings
• Fresh water
• Grass turnout
• Blanketing (you provide the blanket)
• Trailer storage for one trailer

We feed Pennfeild brand feed which is quality feed from a family owned company that has been in business since the 1920’s.

Premium Board Package:

Includes standard boarding services plus grooming 4 days a  week, administering wormer (you provide) and holding for the farrier/vet, etc. - $475 per month

Grooming Options:

• Picking Feet Daily - $5 per week
• Bathing - $35 per session
• Clipping – simple trim $45   body clipping $150
• Main Pulling - $45
• Braiding – mane $75   tail $25
• Tacking and Untacking for riding session (includes grooming and bringing horse in from field) - $15
• Worming Service - $10 plus the cost of wormer
• Vaccination service - $10 plus cost of vet and shots
• Farrier service - $15 plus cost of farrier and supplies
• Daily Meds service cost to be discussed based on length of time meds take

"Required Vaccination & Worming:

• Rotational worming schedule every 12 weeks
• Bi-annual Flue/Rhino (required w/in 3 months of entering farm)
• Bi-annual Tetanus
• Bi-annual Rabies
• Bi-annual Potomac Horse Fever
• Annual proof of a negative coggins test
• We highly recommend a biannual shot for West Nile
