Family

Willow Oak Farm is a family owned and run farm. Steve and Mary Krueger moved to Virginia in the 60’s and had no idea they would end up with a horse farm more than forty years later. Mary and Steve raised three children with great love and watched as they went out into the world to make the best of it. After Steve retired, they decided to move to the Charlottesville area to be near their daughter, Holly and her family.

Todd, the oldest, now lives in North Carolina with his beautiful wife, Martha, and their two children. He is a Methodist pastor and Martha is a radiation therapist. They come up throughout the year to visit and enjoy the farm.

Holly, the second child, lives five minutes away with her wonderful husband, Alan, and their five children. They will be living on the farm as soon as their future house is built on the farm. Alan is an electrician at a power plant and Holly is a wonderful mother who has a full time job keeping track of the five little ones.

Patty, the youngest, and her loving husband, Brendan, live on the farm with their new baby. Brendan, works for a local tree company, is a full time engineering student and stays busy with the music industry.
